S.A.N.A

A creative process for working through what you’re feeling -through art

SANA is the little process I made to help you get feeling onto a page, without needing to know how to draw, or even how to explain what you're carrying. Just a space to make something honest.

Meet the Instructor

Mariella is the artist behind OnehornLA, a Los Angeles studio for junk journals, printables, and paper. She teaches S.A.N.A. — Sit, Assemble, Name, Allow — so you can get a feeling onto a page without knowing how to draw, or even how to explain what you’re carrying. She hosts workshops all over Southern California.

S.A.N.A. is a creative practice. It isn't therapy or a substitute for professional mental health care.

In Spanish, sana means it heals.

Thank you for wandering in.
