Thank you for visiting OneHornLA Studio! Because every item in our shop—from hand-bound Victorian Botany journals and delicate ephemera to kiss-cut sticker sheets—is crafted with delicate paper, vintage detailing, and lots of love, all sales are final.

Due to the delicate nature of handmade paper arts, physical keepsake journals, and instant digital downloads, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

We want you to feel 100% confident and excited about your new piece before it arrives at your door! To make sure a listing is the perfect match for your creative space:

    Please double-check listing measurements, sizing guides (especially for stickers and bookmarks!), and material details in the product descriptions before checking out.

Digital Downloads & Printables

All digital files (including free printable gifts, PDF kits, and downloadable journal spreads) are delivered instantly upon checkout. Because digital goods cannot be "returned," all digital purchases are non-refundable.

Damaged Packages & Shipping Issues

We pack every item with extreme care, sturdy backing, and protective layers to ensure it survives its journey to you.

In the rare event that your package encounters a rough road during transit and arrives damaged, please reach out to us at ohla@onehornla.studio within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged shipping box and item so we can help sort it out!
